We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about digital solutions and excited to drive growth by building strategic partnerships, generating new leads, and fostering client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital marketing and MarTech sectors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth areas.
- Develop and execute short and long-term business development strategies aligned with Crowdol’s goals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from Crowdol’s service portfolio (SEO, website design, social media management, etc.).
- Act as the key point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales and Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, partnerships, and attending industry events.
- Create proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to showcase Crowdol’s services effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Partnership Development:
- Establish and nurture partnerships with agencies, corporate organizations, and tech companies to expand Crowdol’s reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch co-branded campaigns and projects.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales metrics and provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the leadership team.
- Use CRM software to manage client data, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Continuously refine business development strategies based on analytics and performance.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the digital marketing or tech industry).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, social media, and MarTech solutions.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in competitive markets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow through technology.
