We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about digital solutions and excited to drive growth by building strategic partnerships, generating new leads, and fostering client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Growth:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital marketing and MarTech sectors.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth areas.
    • Develop and execute short and long-term business development strategies aligned with Crowdol’s goals.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from Crowdol’s service portfolio (SEO, website design, social media management, etc.).
    • Act as the key point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Sales and Lead Generation:
    • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, partnerships, and attending industry events.
    • Create proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to showcase Crowdol’s services effectively.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  4. Partnership Development:
    • Establish and nurture partnerships with agencies, corporate organizations, and tech companies to expand Crowdol’s reach.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch co-branded campaigns and projects.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track sales metrics and provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the leadership team.
    • Use CRM software to manage client data, pipelines, and forecasts.
    • Continuously refine business development strategies based on analytics and performance.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the digital marketing or tech industry).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, social media, and MarTech solutions.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow through technology.
