How do I create an account on Kirtual Jobs?

To create an account, click on the “Login / Register” button on the main menu. You’ll be asked to provide basic information as email address, and a password. Once your account is created, you can complete your profile and start applying for jobs.

How do I update my profile or resume?
To update your profile or resume, simply log into your account and go to the “Profile” section. From there, you can edit your personal information, update your resume, add work experience, and more. Don’t forget to save any changes you make!
Can I apply for multiple jobs at once?

Yes, you can apply for as many jobs as you’d like. Simply search for job listings, and click on the “Apply” button for each position you’re interested in. Be sure to customize your resume and cover letter to match the job description for the best chance of success.

Is my personal information safe on Kirtual Jobs?
Yes, we take your privacy and security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal data. For more details on how we protect your information, please review our Privacy Policy.
Can I receive job alerts?
Yes, you can set up job alerts based on your preferred job titles, locations, and industries. You’ll receive notifications via email when new jobs matching your preferences are posted. To set up job alerts, go to your account settings and click on “Job Alerts.”
What should I do if I forget my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. We’ll send you instructions to reset your password via email. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.

Can I delete my Kirtual Jobs account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time. To do so, go to your account settings and select “Delete Account.” Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your profile data, and this action cannot be undone.
How do I post a job on Kirtual Jobs?
To post a job, first, create an employer account by clicking the “Become Employer” button on the main menu.

After your account is set up, log in and go to your dashboard. From there, click Submit Job, thereafter you will be required to choose a package. Then, continue and fill out the job description, requirements, and other relevant details.

Once you’re happy with the listing, click “Save & Preview button”, your submission will pend confirmation before it goes live.

You will be notified when this happens, in less than 24 hours.

Can I edit or delete a job posting after it’s been published?
Yes, you can edit or delete job postings at any time. To make changes, go to your employer dashboard, select the job listing you wish to modify, and click “Edit” or “Delete.” If you delete a listing, it will no longer appear on the site.
How do I manage applications from candidates?
You can review applications directly from your employer dashboard. You’ll receive notifications whenever a candidate applies for your job posting. From there, you can view resumes, contact applicants, or invite them for interviews.
How do I ensure my job posting reaches the right candidates?

Make sure your job description is clear, detailed, and tailored to the position you’re hiring for. Using relevant keywords will help attract qualified candidates.

Can I contact candidates directly through Kirtual Jobs?
Yes, you can contact candidates directly through the platform. Once you review an applicant’s profile, you can send messages or email them directly for follow-up interviews or questions.
Can I filter candidates based on specific criteria?
Yes, our platform allows you to filter candidates based on criteria such as skills, experience, location, and education level. You can also use advanced search options to narrow down your search and find the best fit for your job opening.
Is Kirtual Jobs free to use?
Yes, Kirtual Jobs is free to use for job seekers. You can create a profile, browse job listings, and apply to jobs without any charges.

For employers, posting job listings is free for a limited time. We also offer premium features for employers who want to increase the visibility of their job postings or access advanced candidate filtering tools. 

Can I access Kirtual Jobs on mobile?
Yes, our Website is mobile-friendly, so you can access and use it from any device, including smartphones and tablets. While we don’t currently have a mobile app, the mobile-optimized site offers a smooth experience.

Yes! You can easily share any job listing on social media platforms or via email. Simply click the “Share” button on the job posting to get the link and share it with others.

We regularly send out updates and newsletters to registered users about new features, platform enhancements, and job market trends. Make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter to stay in the loop!
How do I report inappropriate job listings or user behavior?
